About

I’m an integrative therapist based in Frome, Somerset. If you’re not local to Somerset, I also offer online sessions to clients across the UK. I provide a space where you can be yourself when life feels overwhelming or uncertain, where your thoughts can surface and be explored without judgment, where every aspect of your experience is welcomed and new insights and possibilities can emerge.

The benefits

Perhaps life feels overwhelming at times, or you notice emotions and patterns that are hard to make sense of. Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences, notice what’s happening, and develop ways to feel more balanced, understood, and connected to yourself. You may be:

  • Seeking personal growth
  • Experiencing anxiety, depression or low mood
  • Looking for therapy for grief, trauma or loss
  • Struggling with exam stress, academic pressure or career anxiety
  • Wanting to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Feeling detached, numb, or disconnected from life
  • Exploring potential neurodivergence (ADHD, autism)
  • A highly sensitive person (HSP)
  • Integrating experiences that have shifted awareness or perception

My approach

I provide a collaborative space to explore whatever brings you to therapy. We might begin with practical tools to help you manage immediate challenges, but as our work develops, we can explore the deeper emotions and patterns that shape your experiences. My work is informed by transpersonal and depth psychology, Emotion-Focused Therapy and parts-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems, which can help uncover and release feelings or patterns that have been held for a long time.

Before starting therapy, it’s natural to feel nervous, uncertain or even resistant. You’re stepping into a new kind of relationship – not just with someone else, but with yourself. It makes sense that this can bring up hesitation. I understand this feeling, and I’ll always respect where you’re at and follow your lead and pace.

The next steps

I offer flexible options, including short-term (typically over 12 weeks), longer-term or open-ended sessions.

Face-to-face sessions are located at Frome Therapy Rooms, Somerset, and are 50 minutes and typically cost £60. A small number of concessionary spaces are available for students, those who are retired or on a low income. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or telephone sessions are £50, so you can access sessions from the comfort of your own home. Zoom sessions can be just as effective as in-person ones, and many people find that being in a familiar space helps them relax and focus during sessions.

To get started, email me for an introductory call where I’d be happy to answer any questions you have.
