A space to reflect when life feels overwhelming or unclear. Together we can explore difficult emotions, patterns that keep repeating, and ways to move forward.
Therapy can help you make sense of feelings such as anxiety, sadness, numbness or burnout, supporting you to reconnect with yourself and regain balance.
Some people come to therapy not because something is “wrong”, but because they want to understand themselves more deeply and live with greater authenticity.
Focus
Together, we can explore what is getting in the way of you feeling at ease in yourself: low mood or anxiety, moments of self-doubt, the pressure to be someone you’re not, or the quiet disconnection that can build up over time.
Process
I offer a space to share and reflect, and to be truly heard. At times, I may offer tools or exercises to help you stay present or see things differently in your day-to-day life, however the therapeautic relationship (genuine, non-judgmental and attunded to you) is what allows the work to unfold.
Approach
Drawing from multiple therapeutic approaches, I work alongside you to understand your experiences and support meaningful change, creating a space where you can explore at your own pace.
When the world becomes a tsunami, I ask how can I dive down to a quiet place where I can gather myself - from which I can surface, survive, and thrive
