Background

Since beginning my training in 2018, I’ve worked with individuals from many backgrounds and at various stages of life, from young people navigating identity to adults processing loss, life transitions or long-held emotional patterns. I’ve worked with children, young people and adults across private practice, schools and charitable organisations. I currently run my own practice and have previously counselled with Place2Be and Brent Bereavement Service, where I also served as a trustee.

I’m committed to building authentic, trusting relationships where you feel truly heard and supported. At the heart of my work is a genuine passion for holistic health, wellbeing, and the deeper aspects of life. I’m constantly learning and staying connected to the latest developments in mental health and the broader dimensions of human experience. In 2024, I attended Europe’s largest trauma and mental health conference, taking part in workshops led by Bessel van der Kolk and Gabor Maté.

Qualifications

As a qualified integrative counsellor registered with the BACP, I continue to deepen my practice through a professional training in Depth Psychotherapy and the Transpersonal. I hold an advanced level qualification in counselling and have completed specialised training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) with ICEEFT.

I began this work in 2018 at The Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy in London, and before that, studied Humanities with a focus on philosophy and psychoanalytic theory at the University of Brighton, graduating with first-class honours.
