Hello

I’m an integrative therapist based in Frome, Somerset. If you’re not local to Somerset, I also offer online sessions to clients across the UK. I provide a space where you can be yourself when life feels overwhelming or uncertain, where your thoughts can surface and be explored without judgment, where every aspect of your experience is welcomed and new insights and possibilities can emerge.

The benefits

Perhaps you’re feeling that parts of your life aren’t working, or wondering why you’re overwhelmed by emotions that don’t seem to have a clear cause. It can be confusing and exhausting to carry all of this, especially if those around you don’t fully understand what you’re experiencing.

Many of my clients reach out when they’re:

  • Seeking personal growth
  • Experiencing anxiety, depression or low mood
  • Looking for therapy for grief, trauma or loss
  • Struggling with exam stress, academic pressure or career anxiety
  • Wanting to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Feeling detached, numb, or disconnected from life
  • Exploring potential neurodivergence (ADHD, autism)
  • Being a highly sensitive person (HSP)
  • Integrating experiences that have shifted awareness or perception

Together, we can explore what might be going on for you. As you gain insight, you can begin to set clearer boundaries, connect more meaningfully with others, build confidence and make choices that feel more aligned with who you really are.

My approach

I provide a collaborative space to explore whatever brings you to therapy. We might begin with practical tools drawn from CBT to help you manage immediate challenges, but as our work develops, we can explore the deeper emotions and patterns that shape your experiences. My work is informed by Emotion-Focused Therapy and parts-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems, which can help uncover and release feelings or patterns that have been held for a long time.

Before starting therapy, it’s natural to feel nervous, uncertain or even resistant. You’re stepping into a new kind of relationship – not just with someone else, but with yourself. It makes sense that this can bring up hesitation. I understand this feeling, and I’ll always respect where you’re at and follow your lead and pace.

The next steps

I offer flexible options to suit your needs, including short-term (typically over 12 weeks), longer-term or open-ended sessions. One-to-one sessions are 50 minutes and typically cost £60, with a limited number of concessionary spaces available.

Sessions take place in person in Frome, Somerset, or via Zoom, so you can access sessions from the comfort of your own home. This saves you travel time and gives you the flexibility to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable. Many people find that being in a familiar space helps them relax and focus during sessions.

To get started, email me for a no‑obligation introductory Zoom call where I’d be happy to answer any questions you have.

My commitment

No matter your identity, background or the journey that brought you here, I understand how our unique experiences shape who we are. I respect the richness that comes from those differences, whether it’s in age, ability, gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, or faith. My goal is to make sure you feel valued and heard and I want to honour your story, your perspective, and what makes you, you.
